Rev 13 stopped playing back

Thanks for all the changes in Rev 13!!! "Recent files" a particular favorite of mine and much appreciated.

Unfortunately, after I set my prefs most files won't play. Nothing happens. The settings seemed perfectly reasonable (I use fullscreen playback, for example), but making these settings means playback has for the most part stopped. I don't have the time or inclination to experiment, one setting at a time, until functionality is restored.

Are you aware of a prefs setting that could disable the ability to play most files?

I'm getting playback issues as well, but I did nothing in my preferences. Certain files just won't play at all. Most of the time it's native quicktime or MPEG files. Some files that won't play, like WMV, will play if you quit the program and re-open. But then the next clip won't play again.

I like the new UI except the indicator on where you are in the video file is to hard to see, maybe it should be white?
